Garour Cafe is an eco-friendly rooftop veggie garden cafe in Hong Kong.
Human activities release carbon dioxide into the atmosphere warming the planet.
As a result, the sea levels rises and extreme weather comes more frequently. Polar bears lost their home, while people also lost their home and lives when facing deadly heat waves and severe droughts.
We might not be able to save the polar bears far here from Hong Kong. Yet, we definitely can do something to reduce the amount of heat-trapping emissions.
We hope you can enjoy the life of nature and protect the environment with us!
Seasonal Menu
The Menu of Garour Cafe is designed by our co-founder Cindy Behrens-Ng who is the certified nutritionist. All the dishes are designed to fully utilizing the crops harvest from our rooftop garden, aiming at healthy and delicious. This is the tactic to improve the business by saving cost on ingredients as well as capture our clients by offering yummy food with affordable price.

Drink Menu
Garour Cafe offers fresh juice and coffee. The fresh juice is from the harvest of fruits and vegetables from our Garour garden. Coffee beans are from Tiny Footprint Coffee. This Company source coffee beans out of under developing countries like Rwanda and Nicaragua to help them to develop by export. We source from this Company as they have the same mission as us to reduce the carbon emission. It yields about 4kg CO2 to produce and distribute 1 kg of their coffee. The profit they earn, they contribute a portion to fund reforestation in Ecuador's Mindo cloud forest. In return the forest is able to remove the CO2 from the atmosphere.
